Delivering Distance Learning – a Fun and Collaborative way to Plan for Engagement

As teachers and possibly parents, we may often wonder how we can make lessons more engaging, especially when that lesson might not be delivered live. Throughout this session you will be shown some online tools that will help to make distance learning more engaging, fun and interactive. During the session you will not only be shown the benefits of some simple, yet fantastic, freeware (with ideas of how to apply it for distance & online learning); you will also have the opportunity to utilise it to develop a ‘lesson’ that you can share with your class.

Bring with you some fresh ideas, a laptop and if possible a separate device too (although this is not necessary – it will mean you can create your ‘lesson’ on one device without needing to switch from screen to screen) to get the best out of this session.
