An Introduction to Mental Health, Lockdown Stress and Anxiety
Everything you need to know about mental health, stress and anxiety in a small bite sized session, particularly tailored around the latest lockdown.
This hour-long course will help you identify how stress can impact on our emotional and physiological health and wellbeing. It covers how to identify what’s causing our overwhelming anxiety and introduces simple CBT techniques to help us deal with and prioritise what to tackle first. By the end of the session you will have several practical and evidenced based tools and techniques for how to complete ‘the stress cycle’, which is especially relevant in this latest lockdown and period of school closure and disruption to education.
A great course for helping you deal with your own mental health but will also make you feel more confident about supporting others too.
