Mindfulness Taster

One of the most effective ways of learning about the potential benefits of mindfulness training is by way of one of our taster sessions. These sessions vary from 1 hour to 1 ½ hours and will enable you to find out more about our range of mindfulness courses.

In a typical taster session you will be introduced to the idea of mindfulness and the opportunity to experience some mindfulness activities and talk with a trainer.
