Challenge Partners Peer Review Training

Participating in a Challenge Partners QA Review at another school is considered by many senior leaders to be ‘the best CPD ever’.

The training is designed to prepare senior leaders to take part in the QA Review of another school by experiencing a lesson observation, discussing peer review protocols with colleagues, and beginning to look at school data. The day is facilitated by an Ofsted-accredited inspector.

Course aims

The core aims of the programme are to:

  • Provide Senior Leaders with an overview of the collaborative ethos of the QA Review
  • Coach Senior Leaders on how to apply their knowledge and expertise in another setting
  • Equip Senior Leaders with skills to make a positive contribution to another school, and to challenge themselves
