The standard for teachers’ professional development (2016) is clear that as educators, we have a collectively responsibility to improve our practice.  The Bright Futures Teaching School Hubs believe that continuing professional development is a fundamental part of improving teachers practice and therefore, it should be prioritised by school leaders as part of their school improvement journey.
